Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)

Part of the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) is a grant up to $10,000 for those who submit an application for disaster assistance. It's more like an advance that does not have to be repaid, whether or not your loan application is approved. If you meet the qualification to apply for an EIDL loan, submit an application to the SBA, and you will receive up to a $10,000 advance within three business days.

Small business owners may still apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans, but as of July 13, 2020 the EIDL grants are no longer available for new applicants.
